Insert witty Rick and Morty reference here.
Further Down The Rabbit Hole - While I think that the Russia story makes the last election palatable for the media, I think there's a lot more to how Trump's campaign exploited social media with or without the help of Kremlin boogymen. Cory Doctorow has said that companies like Facebook don't have any idea how to handle the massive amount of information they have on people, and this story proves it. Exploiting this data for the campaign is one thing, but how much work did they do to secure it? This isn't going to be the last time you hear this type of story.
The Economics Of Creativity - Polygon has a profile of several Japanese "concept teams." The term is used a bit loosely as each of the companies they profile is set up a bit differently. The idea is the same though; a high profile creator leaves large risk-averse companies to make smaller, more importantly, cheaper, teams to develop unique game ideas that can't survive in the superseller or bust mainstream market. It's evident that the freedom that indie games have had to innovate and still find success reaching back to influence creators from an earlier era.
They Already Got Their Sauce - Like every show on the network with a budget bigger than a flash license and a bag of weed, Adult Swim leaves a lot of time between seasons for Rick and Morty (see Venture Bros., Metalocalypse, etc.). However, considering the number of man-children throwing fits at McDonald's that might be risky to leave them hanging for too long.
Lost Frank Lloyd Wright - As this 99PI article points out, there are tons of unused Wright designs for the Bay Area. This is an unused bridge design that looks sci-fi and would have been another landmark bridge for the city.
